Conditional Rules
Rules run when feedback is submitted. They can branch the experience and enrich the inbox item.
API: /api/campaigns/{id}/rules (alias conditional-rules)
Evaluate dry-run: POST .../rules/evaluate
Condition operators
=, !=, >, >=, <, <=, in, not_in, contains, not_contains, exists, not_exists, is_empty, is_not_empty
Group with and / or logic.
