Signed update packages only. Unsigned ZIPs are refused.

Keys

php artisan pulsevia:update-keys

• UPDATE_PUBLIC_KEY on every customer install
• UPDATE_PRIVATE_KEY only on the Pulsevia release machine

Apply (UI)

Super Admin → Settings → Updates (/settings/system)

1. Back up database + files (Backups)
2. Upload .update package → Verify
3. Acknowledge backup → Apply

Flow: maintenance → allowlisted files → migrate --force → caches → health → live

Apply (CLI)

php artisan pulsevia:update-apply /path/to/pulsevia-x.y.z.update --backup-acknowledged

Build (vendor)

php artisan pulsevia:update-build 1.2.0 --changelog="..." --file="app/Foo.php=/path/Foo.php"
