Rules
Triggered on events such as feedback.created with condition groups (rating, priority, …).
- Create an endpoint (Slack/Discord/Telegram/Webhook) if needed
- Create a rule linking event → conditions → channel
- Watch deliveries for success/failure
Tips
- Start with email to owners for rating ≤ 6
- Use webhooks to push into your PMS/CRM
- Ensure queue/cron runs so deliveries leave the queue
