Webhooks

Outbound (Pulsevia → you)

Configured as notification endpoints/rules with channel webhook.

Typical event: feedback.created with response payload fields (rating, campaign, priority, customer…).

Secure with HTTPS and a shared secret header if you configure one. Verify signatures/secrets on your side.

Inbound billing webhooks

POST /api/webhooks/billing/{provider}

Providers: stripe, paypal (and fake for local). Signature verification is handled in the billing adapter — set STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET / PayPal webhook id in .env.
